Peak And Dale Celebrates Its 10 Year Anniversary

So, this month Peak and Dale celebrated its 10-year anniversary since it was founded. On 9th March to be specific. During the celebrations, there is a point where we all sat down to share our highlights. Everyone had something to say and every highlight said was very positive. It amazed our CEO.
I remember

the general manager saying, “Oh, Kumbe those tu small things matter”. Yes, he is Kenyan and tends to mix Swahili and English in one sentence.
I digress.
Today I want to share with you the three important skills we employ while working at Peak and Dale that has always resulted in positivity, awesome working experience, and success.
1. Getting things done.
The idea that successful business leaders are typically driven by high ideals and lofty aspirations is a myth. None of the highly accomplished executives I’ve known got where they are by walking around with their heads in the clouds. They got there by putting one foot in front of the other and getting the job done.
2. Focus and Discipline.
Focus and discipline have always been critical to success in just about any field, but these days, managing distraction has become harder for even the most disciplined among us. And that’s not likely to change any time soon.
Now, more than ever, you have to learn how to shut out the noise without shutting yourself off from what really matters. That’s not easy. But if you’re too distracted and undisciplined to focus on what’s critical, you can’t get things done. And if you can’t get things done, somebody else will.
3. Team Work
At Peak and Dale, there is a famous mantra that we love to share with interns or new employees, “Everyone sells”.
With that in mind, we all know the features and prices of all the products and services offered. We all know each other’s duty – we might not know it to perfection but we have an idea and help each other out.

Try the above and add some more, see if you won’t celebrate the 10+ year anniversary.
